Hour and a half. A slow 4 miles. Beach. Hill trail. Neighborhoods. Wind, rain, hail, sunshine. Singing birds and seaweed. I needed that.

However, there is no beach like Three Tree Point in Milano! Just thought I’d point that out (so you do return!). Ahem.
Looks like a rock collector’s paradise. Do you walk nose down (like we do) scouring the beach for interesting rocks?
Believe me. I thought about Three Tree Point and my favorite walk along the Indian Trail often when I was in Milano. (We grew up on that beach!) I missed the saltwater and the wonderful rank smell of low tide.
And yes, I do walk nose down and pick up an occasional agate. (One time I found a red, jasper arrowhead! What are the chances of that?) But I also prompt myself to look up and watch the eagles fly overhead. I didn’t see them in Milano either.
